What RoastBridge does, and what it doesn’t promise.

RoastBridge is an independent sourcing and qualification service for the wholesale coffee industry. We research café requirements and roaster capabilities, and facilitate introductions where there is a genuine fit. RoastBridge does not roast, distribute, or sell coffee, and is not a party to any supply agreement between a café and a roaster.

RoastBridge is early-stage and is actively building its initial network of cafés and roasters. We do not publish invented customer counts, testimonials, or deals we have not completed, and we won’t claim a track record we don’t have.

By using RoastBridge, you understand and agree that we do not guarantee:

• The quality, consistency, pricing, or availability of any roaster's coffee.
• That any introduction will result in a completed deal.
• That a matched roaster or café will remain accurate, active, or available over time.

We qualify opportunities in good faith against the criteria stated on this site, based on information provided to us. We do not independently audit every claim a café or roaster makes.

Once an introduction is made, any conversation about samples, pricing, minimums, contracts, or supply terms happens directly between the café and the roaster. RoastBridge is not a party to that agreement, does not hold funds, and is not responsible for how either side performs under it.

You are never obligated to work with a roaster or café that RoastBridge introduces you to. If an introduction clearly does not fit what you asked for, tell us and we will look at a replacement — this covers fit, not the outcome of any meeting, sample, or negotiation.

Sourcing is currently free for cafés. As the business develops, RoastBridge may be compensated by roasters, cafés, or both, for successful introductions. Where a commercial relationship exists between RoastBridge and a party we introduce you to, we will disclose it to you. Any such payment never replaces or lowers the qualification criteria described on this site — a roaster or café is introduced because it fits, not because it paid.

The details behind each qualification criterion — service area, minimums, capacity, flavor profile, private label, sampling, and delivery cadence — are based on information provided directly by cafés and roasters, checked against your brief. Where information isn’t available, we say so rather than guessing. You should confirm details that matter to your decision directly with the other party before committing to anything.

When using the forms on this site, you agree not to:

• Submit false or deliberately misleading information about your café or roastery.
• Use the forms to send spam, scrape data, or probe the site for vulnerabilities.
• Impersonate a business you are not authorized to represent.
• Submit a review written by someone else or attribute it to someone without their permission.

Any example roaster, café, or deliverable shown on this site — including the sample sourcing brief and the “Illustrative example — not a client case study” card — is fictional and included to show how a real match is presented. It does not describe an actual client, transaction, or roaster.

The RoastBridge name, mark, and the content of this site belong to RoastBridge. Information you submit through a form remains yours. If you submit a review, you give RoastBridge permission to consider publishing your submitted words and attribution after administrator verification and approval. We may decline or remove a review; submission does not guarantee publication. Ask us to remove your review at any time by emailing hassan@roastbridge.com. We use your information only as described in our privacy policy.

This site and the introductions it facilitates are provided on an as-is, good-faith basis. To the extent permitted by law, RoastBridge is not liable for losses arising from a supply agreement, sample, or deal that you enter into with a party we introduce you to — that agreement is between you and them.

As RoastBridge grows, these terms may need to change. If they do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
